- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items to Gemoiss.
- Items must be securely packed before shipping. Gemoiss is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
- Returns must be sent using a shipping method with tracking. Packages without tracking will not be processed.
- The warranty is void if items show signs of modification, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our jewelry professionals.
- Before returning a product, customers must contact our support team to confirm that the issue is due to a quality defect. Only after this confirmation will the warranty process be initiated, and our technical support team will approve the return.
