In order to reduce waste and protect the environment, all our customized products are made to order. This method ensures that the product you receive is in the best condition. We will ship the products ready to ship within 5 Days of your order.

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Processing times vary by product. Some ready to ship styles can ship within 5 Days, while custom orders may take 7-18 business days. Estimated processing times are listed on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to the email address you provided with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99. Please note that due to current customs clearance delays, which have no fixed timeframe, the release of your package is subject to local customs approval. Estimated delivery time is 7-18 days, depending on actual logistics speed. If you need expedited shipping, we also offer alternative logistics options.

How will my order Ship? 

Most international orders ship via FedEx 4PX or UPS, but other carriers may be used depending on the location. 

Are there any international shipping restrictions?

Yes. Not all products are available in all countries. We ship to the following countries: USA, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Canada, Australia. How do I know what the applicable duties and taxes will be?

Additional charges for duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country or local customs office are the responsibility of the customer and must be fulfilled by the recipient at the time the package is received.

Will all items in my order ship together?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please combine delivery transit times with product stock status and handling times to determine an estimated product arrival date. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
